- 6

Where to enter your Nomad IPTV details
After your trial or order is processed, support sends your login details. Depending on the player, you will use either an Xtream Codes–style login (server URL, username and password) or a single M3U playlist URL. Enter them exactly as sent — they are case-sensitive, and an extra space at the end is a common cause of login errors.
Recommended settings
- Set the guide (EPG) update interval to once a day.
- Group channels by category and hide groups you never watch to speed up browsing.
- Connect via Ethernet where possible — many Android TV boxes have a wired port.
Troubleshooting
- Video buffers or freezes
- Use a wired Ethernet connection or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal, restart your router and device, and close other heavy downloads. HD streams generally need a stable 10–25 Mbps; 4K needs more. If buffering continues on several channels, contact support with the channel name and time.
- Login failed or “invalid credentials”
- Re-enter the server URL, username and password exactly as sent (including http:// and any port number). Check that your trial or subscription period has not ended and that you have not exceeded your number of connections.
- No TV guide information
- Open the player's playlist settings and refresh the EPG. If the guide is still empty after an update, contact support — guide data is not available for every channel.
