Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use nomadiptv.net, request a free trial or buy a Nomad IPTV subscription. Please read them before ordering.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [To be confirmed: legal entity name] (“Nomad IPTV”, “we”). By requesting a trial or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them, and that you are old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

2. The service

Nomad IPTV provides access to streams of live television channels and on-demand video through third-party IPTV player apps. Channel counts and library sizes shown on this website are advertised figures. Specific channels, events and titles can change, may differ by region, and are not guaranteed. Use the free trial to check the content that matters to you.

3. Subscriptions

  • Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation and include 1 to 5 connections.
  • All plans include the same content access; they differ only by duration and number of connections.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. The total for your order is calculated by our system at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are not renewed automatically by this website; to continue, place a new order before your plan ends[To be confirmed: confirm renewal model, including any recurring Stripe payment links].

4. Connections

A connection is one stream playing at a time. You may install the player on several of your own devices, but simultaneous streams must not exceed your plan’s connections. Login details are for your household only and must not be shared, resold or published.

5. Orders and payments

  • Submitting the checkout form is an order request. It does not charge you.
  • After submitting you receive payment instructions for your exact plan: a secure online payment link, or assistance from our team on WhatsApp.
  • Your subscription is activated after payment is confirmed. We never ask for card details on this website.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if we suspect fraud or cannot provide the service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our 7-day Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Our responsibilities

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but streaming depends on networks, third-party sources and devices outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, a particular uptime, or the availability of any specific channel or title. We may carry out maintenance and change the channel line-up or features.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your order and support.
  • Have a compatible device, a player app from an official source, and a suitable internet connection.
  • Keep your login details confidential.
  • Make sure your use of IPTV services complies with the laws where you live.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share, resell, rebroadcast or publicly display the service or your login;
  • exceed your plan’s connections or attempt to bypass technical limits;
  • record, copy or redistribute content except where the law permits;
  • interfere with, scan, overload or attack the service or this website;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

10. Content and trademarks

Nomad IPTV does not own or produce the channels, programs, films, series or sports events that may be accessible. All content, channel names, league names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify programming. Mention of a channel, league or event does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders with concerns can contact contact@nomadiptv.net.

11. Support

Support is available on WhatsApp (+44 7883 412700), Telegram (@iptv_helpcenter) and email (contact@nomadiptv.net). Response times vary with demand. We can help with our service and general player setup, but cannot support third-party apps or devices beyond reasonable guidance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Consumer protections

These terms do not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14. Governing law
