  • Free trial form: full name, email address, phone number, country, device, preferred player app and any message you add.
  • Checkout form: full name, email address, phone number, country, notes, and the plan you select (duration and connections). We do not collect card numbers or other payment-card data on this website.
  • Contact form, email, WhatsApp and Telegram: your name, contact details and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically

  • Security data: to prevent spam and abuse, our servers process your IP address and keep a one-way (hashed) version of it, and of your email address, in short-lived rate-limiting counters. Raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters.
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at the time of writing. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. How we use your information

  • To review and respond to free trial requests and send trial details.
  • To record your order, calculate the price of your plan, send your payment instructions and set up your subscription.
  • To provide customer support and answer your messages.
  • To protect the website and our customers against spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the service:

  • Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script): trial requests and orders are recorded in Google Sheets.
  • Email delivery provider (Brevo): used to send order and payment emails and internal notifications.
  • Hosting provider (Vercel): hosts the website and processes requests.
  • Data store for security (an Upstash-compatible Redis service, if configured): stores hashed rate-limit counters, duplicate-submission tokens and order status records.
  • Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram): if you choose to contact us there, those apps process your messages under their own policies.
  • Payment processor (for example Stripe): if you pay through an online payment link, the payment processor collects your payment details directly under its own privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Payments

Card details are never entered on nomadiptv.net. When an online payment link is offered, you complete payment on the payment processor’s own secure page. If our team helps you pay on WhatsApp, only the information needed to complete your payment is exchanged.

6. How long we keep information

Rate-limit counters expire within 24 hours; duplicate-submission tokens within 24 hours; order status records within 90 days; queued delivery retries within 7 days.

Residents of some US states (for example California) have specific rights to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. This website is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
